When you meet Michelle you will instantly feel reassured that your child will be her priority by her empathy, knowledge and natural reassurance. When we discussed our daughter she seemed to understand her needs, what her pathway should represent, and our parent anxieties. She has a wealth of knowledge and such a kind and gentle nature. Within the space of 18 months she transformed our child universally and holistically. Michelle empowered her to become a vibrant, joyful learner. From a dyslexic labelled child who believed she couldn’t read, to a little girl who has a desire to sit in bookshops and libraries for hours on end and has a passion for books! We will be forever grateful for the personal genuine dedication and care that Michelle gave us as a family and for building self-esteem in our daughter that has been life changing.
